Eve graduated from St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas in May 2003. In November 2003, Eve became a licensed attorney in Texas. In July 2004, while still a prosecutor in Travis County, Texas, she was admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Always reaching for the next level as a trial lawyer, Eve was sworn into the United States District Court of the Western District of Texas in January 2007. Eve is also admitted to practice in the Northern and Southern Districts of Texas of the United States District Court. Being licensed in Federal Court, she is permitted to practice in any Federal Court in the United States of America. In 2014, Eve was admitted to practice in the United States Bankruptcy Court of the Western District of Texas.
As a life-long student of learning and growing, Eve is a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas. Eve has also been on the committee that writes the pattern criminal jury charges publication for the State Bar of Texas since 2020. That publication produces the pattern jury charges manual that is used by judges and lawyers across the State of Texas.
Lastly, to those who are given much, much is expected. In an effort to give back to the world, Eve is a member of the Pro Bono College of the State Bar of Texas.
Eve practices Texas State law across Texas. From south of San Antonio to north of Midland and everywhere east to west, she has a law license to practice in any court in the State of Texas. Have truck, will travel!
