Before beginning her private law practice as a criminal defense attorney,
Eve was a prosecutor with the Travis County Attorney’s Office in Austin, Texas. She is married to a Texas State
Trooper and has three children. She is licensed in both Federal and State Court and handles matters ranging from Class
B State misdemeanor cases up to Federal felonies, such as conspiracy child pornography, and financial crimes.

Charles Sutherland Legal Assistant Charles is the legal assistant for our office. He helps run the administrative
side of things, such as court scheduling, accepting payments, coordinating with the Travis County courts, and maintaining
our website. Charles will be glad to assist you with any questions you might have about your case. Charles holds a degree
from Texas State University - San Marcos, where he studied Communications and English. He also gained much insight into
the courts and jails while working for the Travis County Sheriff's Department. Charles is a Notary Public and will be
glad to help you with notarizing any documents you might have.
